Hello once again internet! I hope you've fared well in my absence. Of course you have, why wouldn't you? You're digital.
I'm writing today to let you know how excited I am right now. I am very excited!
Why, you ask? Because I've become a Beachbody coach!
But you're not fit! you say? I know that, I'm excited to be on this very specific journey to be the most healthy I've ever been. I'm holding myself accountable by putting myself on the line. I'm hoping to share my journey as it happens, and be an inspiration to others to attain their own health and fitness goals.
You've said this all before though... you say? And you would be correct. I'm not 100% sure I'll succeed, but I have something different this time, that I didn't have before.
What's that, you say? I have a coach and a team working with me to help me achieve my goals, and theirs, so that I too can help others now and in the future.
Silly internet; I can do this. I have decided to do this, and I am committed to that decision, Therefore I Can and Will succeed! I understand it won't be easy, and there are going to be days that I'll want to quit, or eat oatmeal cream pies and watch movies all day, but I'm committed, and I'm in charge of me.
